During Antony’s 25-year career in the property industry, he has launched a London-based estate agency and a social housing provider, whilst creating a substantial portfolio of residential and development property across the UK. All of his ventures have been underpinned by a passion for adding value through planning and redevelopment. Antony’s flair for business and finance is matched only by his passion and drive. Very much a family man, Antony’s passions include football, fitness, tennis and classic cars.
After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor and running a property investment/development agency for a decade, Gavin focused his attention on developing houses in North West London, culminating in the creation of Linea Homes in 2011. A specialist in the technical aspects of land acquisition, as well as design and project management, Gavin’s professional acumen is match only by his footballing ability and passion on the golf course.

Leigh’s career began at a law firm, where he ran the business development team, and subsequently took on responsibility for its residential and commercial conveyancing departments. He joined Linea Homes in 2013 to focus on new acquisitions and is regarded as an expert in the London property market, with a keen eye for structuring investment and development deals. Leigh is a keen tennis player and enjoys keeping fit and travelling.

Zak is one of the newer members of the team, having joined straight from London’s Cass Business School where he was an outstanding student; as a continuance of his academic excellence, he will shortly be publishing a paper on spatial real estate. Zak is also a dab hand in the world of digital marketing and media, but his primary role is to manage our wide-ranging land and property development portfolio across London and the Home Counties. To unwind, Zak is something of a midfield maestro on the football field, and an online gaming guru.
